The Science of Winning: Applying sport science principles to enhance sporting performance

Scientific studies show that successful athletes and teams apply the principles of sport sciences to optimize physical performance and minimize injury rates. This two-hour workshop is designed to give all CCG 2017 participants the latest scientific methods of training and preparation in order to bring out the best in themselves. There is a total of 4 important topics that competitive athletes need to consider and prepare themselves in:
